Additional Listing

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 86,102 US Dollar shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

These shares have been issued upon the conversion and cancellation of Sterling and Euro shares of no par value following the completion of the conversions on 28 February 2011.  It should be noted that these shares were incorrectly announced on 29 March 2011 (RNS Number: 8233D) as shares that would be cancelled.

It is expected that these shares will be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 24 August 2011.

As at today's date the total number of shares in issue in each class of the Company is as follows:-

12,675,497   Euro shares;

1,222,013     Euro Treasury Shares;

31,250,176   US Dollar Shares;

3,058,476     US Dollar Treasury Shares

36,415,307   Sterling Shares; and

877,595        Sterling Treasury Shares.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 90,011,297.
