Bezant received notification today that following recent purchases, Prism Nominees Ltd, on behalf of private clients of Pritchard Stockbrokers Limited, is interested in 1,971,485 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company representing approximately 5.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
