Grant of Options

The Company announces that Rupert Garton, Commercial Director, was yesterday granted 180,000 share options at an exercise price of 31.5 pence based on the average closing share price of the previous five days.

These options are capable of being exercised during the period starting on the 8th April 2012 and expiring on 8th April 2019.

As a result, he is now interested in 920,674 share options over Ordinary Shares.

In addition Rupert Garton has a beneficial shareholding of 384,421 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 3.02% of the total issued share capital.

As at the date of this announcement and inclusive of the above, there are 1,267,023 options outstanding in the Company.
