Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that William Hindmarch, Chief Executive of the Company has acquired 12,436 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 20 pence per share in his SIPP.  Following this purchase William Hindmarch is interested in 5,016,851 ordinary shares in the company representing 53.53 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
