The Company announces that on 16 April 2024 it purchased for cancellation 47,882 of its ordinary shares of 5.4141p each ("Shares") through Barclays, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 8 September 2023.

The Shares purchased on 16 April 2024 will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares. Following the cancellation of these Shares, the Company has 106,050,761 Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares). This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
