Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 30 June 2023, the total issued share capital of the Company consisted of 116,034,047 Ordinary Shares of 5.4141 pence each.

The Company holds 8,959,264 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 107,074,783.

The above figure (107,074,783) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The total number of voting rights above (107,074,783) includes the 96,000 shares purchased by the Company on 29 June 2023, which will be cancelled following settlement.
