FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The Berkeley Group Holdings plc today announces the intended dates for its 2014 financial calendar.

An Interim Management Statement will be issued on Tuesday, 18 March 2014.

Preliminary results for the year ended 30 April 2014 will be issued on Wednesday, 18 June 2014.

An Interim Management Statement will be issued on the day of the company's Annual General Meeting, which is being held on Monday, 1 September 2014.

Half year results for the six months ending 31 October 2014 will be issued on Friday, 5 December 2014.
