The Company was notified on 24 April 2012 that a SIPP, the beneficiary of which is Greg Fry, a Director of the company, acquired a total of 46,283 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company as follows: 41,728 shares at a price of 1359 pence per share on 28 March 2012; 1,490 shares at a price of 1335 pence per share on 2 April 2012; 1,481 shares at a price of 1342 pence per share on 12 April 2012; 777 shares at a price of 1278 pence per share on 18 April 2012, and 807 shares at a price of 1230 pence per share on 23 April 2012.

Greg Fry's total holding following notification is 989,454 shares, of which 943,171 is held directly and 46,283 by the SIPP.
