                               BEOWULF MINING PLC

The following amends the holding in company announcement released on 26 
September 2006 under RNS number 4699J.

The holding of Sunvest Corporation Limited is actually 11,100,000 ordinary 
shares and not 3,100,000 as previously stated. This is therefore 16.72% and not 
4.67%.

                               Holding in Company

The Company has been advised today that Sunvest Corporation Limited has
purchased 1,100,000 ordinary shares in Beowulf Mining PLC. Sunvest now owns
11,100,000 ordinary shares of Beowulf which has 66,398,247 shares on issue. This
equates to 16.72%.
