Benchmark lets 9,183 sq ft at 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden



Benchmark Group PLC ('Benchmark'), the specialist Central London property
investment and development company, has let 9,183 sq ft (853 sq m) on the second
floor of 90 Long Acre, WC2, owned in a 50/50 Joint Venture between Benchmark and
JER Partners to GMAC-RFC Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Motors,
at a rent of £33 psf.



The recently refurbished offices comprise the majority of the west elevation of
the second floor.  GMAC-RFC Ltd has signed a ten year lease with a tenant's
option to break the lease at the end of the fifth year.
