The Board of Benchmark Group PLC announces that, at the Extraordinary General
Meeting held earlier today, the ordinary resolution to approve the disposal of
all the limited partnership interests in Benchmark (Jersey) No.1 L.P and the
investment in limited partnership interests in the WEL Property Limited
Partnership and in units of The West End of London Property Unit Trust ('
WELPUT') was duly passed.
