Awards recognise Belvoir

Belvoir Lettings PLC, (AIM; BLV) one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, is delighted to announce that that it has won the Gold 'Lettings Franchise of the year award', supported by The Sunday Times and The Times and sponsored by Zoopla.

The Lettings Agency of the year awards is the only event solely focussed on lettings and is the longest running and most sought after award for lettings agents. This title further strengthens the Belvoir brand and strong market presence across the UK.

In addition to 'Lettings Franchise of the Year', Belvoir have also recently won the Gold award for the 'Best Large Lettings Chain' at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAs) 2013. Belvoir was also the only agent to also win six regional awards across the UK at the ESTAs.

ESTAs are granted based on feedback from customers. The Belvoir group achieved hundreds of online reviews from their customers supporting their entries.
