Renewal of Revolving Credit Facility
BB Healthcare Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has renewed and amended its mutli-currency revolving credit facility ("RCF") with The Bank of Nova Scotia, London Branch. The Company's borrowing policy is unchanged.
Under the terms of the amended RCF, the Company may draw down loans up to an aggregate value of USD 235 million. The new facility will expire in December 2024.
