The Belimo Group, global leader in the field of actuator solutions for
controlling heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, will be making
two changes in the management of its Group Divisions as a result of differing
opinions on management issues.


Group Division Europe
Alex Brunner, Group Division Head Europe and member of the Group Executive
Committee since April 2001, is leaving Belimo. Alex Brunner was very committed
in pushing forward the further development of the region Europe and made a
decisive contribution to the Belimo Group's success during recent years.

The Board of Directors has designated Lukas Eigenmann (49) as Alex Brunner's
successor. Lukas Eigenmann has been employed by Belimo in various positions for
25 years. Since 2002 he has been working successfully as Managing Director of
our German subsidiary. Lukas Eigenmann will take over his new position as the
Group Division Head Europe and member of the Group Executive Committee on July
8, 2010.


Group Division Americas
Lex van der Weerd, Group Division Head Americas and Member of the Group
Executive Committee since March 2006, is also leaving Belimo. In recent years,
Lex van der Weerd contributed to the positive growth of the American Region in
spite of the difficult economic environment.

The Board of Directors will announce Lex van der Weerd's successor in due
course.
