TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE


The Company announces that, following the announcement on 24 January concerning
the issue of 11,995 new ordinary shares in connection with the company's staff
SIPP scheme, its total number of voting rights as at 31 January 2007 is
75,598,809.    There are no shares in treasury and there is no other class of
share in issue which has voting rights.
