Results from Annual General Meeting


At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held at 10.30 am today, all
resolutions put to the meeting were unanimously passed on a show of hands of
shareholders in attendance. The holdings of members in attendance and proxies
received totalled over 77% of the issued capital of the Company, of which in
excess of 97.5% were in favour of each of the resolutions passed.
