Dividend Declaration

The Company is pleased to announce that, subject to Shareholder approval at the
AGM to be held on 25 September, the shares will be declared ex dividend on 4
October (record date 6 October) and the final dividend of 1p per share will be
paid on Friday 20 October  to shareholders on the register on 6 October 2006.
