The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of
666,672 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the company, pursuant to the exercise of
options by Mr R G McInnes, Finance Director, as detailed in the announcement of
31 January.

The shares are expected to trade on Tuesday 14 February and the total number of
shares in issue, following admission, will be 74,878,728.
