Additional Listing

The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of
421,688 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the company.  These shares are being issued in
satisfaction of part of the vendor consideration for the acquisition of Wilson
Pitts which was announced on 14 June 2006.



The shares are expected to trade on Friday 20 October and the total number of
shares in issue, following admission, will be 75,300,416.
