The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of
11,995 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the company.  These shares are being issued at a
price of between £1.54 and £1.5705 per share in connection with the monthly
staff SIP scheme.

The shares are expected to trade on Monday  29 January and the total number of
shares in issue, following admission, will be 75,598,809.
