The issuer advises that the following amends the Additional Listing application
announcement released on 13 December at 10.13 under RNS 7868N


The number of shares stated was incorrect and has now been corrected.  All other
details remain unchanged and the full amended text appears below.


'The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the admission to trading
of 280,689 Shares of 5p in the company.  Of these shares, 274,726 are being
issued in satisfaction of part of the vendor consideration for the acquisition
of Middleton Partners, which was announced on 3 May 2006.  The remaining 5,963
shares are being issued in  connection with the staff SIPP scheme.



The shares are expected to trade on Monday 18 December 2006 and the total number
of shares in issue, following admission, will be 75,586,814.'
