ADDITIONAL LISTING


Following the recent placing and flotation on AIM, the directors of Begbies
Traynor Group PLC have decided to allow a small number of employee members who
were not able to apply in time for various reasons to acquire shares at the
placing price of 40p under the company's authority under Section 89 of the
Company's Act.

Accordingly application has been made for 300,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p to be
admitted to AIM.  The shares have been allotted and trading in these shares is
expected to commence on Monday October 11th 2004.  The number of shares in issue
following this admission will be 65,424,580.
