CEB Resources plc (AIM: CEB), the mining and natural resources investment company, has noted the increase in its share price this morning.  Whilst the Company is evaluating an investment in oil and gas assets in Indonesia, which would be associated with a fund raising, the discussions are ongoing and there is no guarantee that the transaction will occur.  A further announcement will be made in due course.
