Resignation of director

The Board of Directors of Clean Energy Brazil (the "Board") announces that Mr Marcelo Junqueira has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2010.  Mr Junqueira joined the Board when the Company floated on AIM in 2006 and the Board would like to thank Mr Junqueira for his contribution to the Company.
