Secondary placing of 37,188,000 ordinary shares 

BBGI has been notified by Bilfinger SE that it has successfully placed 37,188,000 ordinary shares in the Company by way of a secondary institutional placing managed by Jefferies International Limited.

Following the secondary placing, Bilfinger SE holds no ordinary shares in BBGI.
