Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2011

Further to the announcement dated 30 March 2012, Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A. (the "Company") confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) on 30 April 2012 at the Légère Premium Hotel Luxembourg, 11, rue Gabriel Lippmann (Parc d'Activité Syrdall), L-5365 Munsbach, Luxembourg.

In connection with this, a copy of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2011 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do *.

As announced on 30 March 2012, copies of the Convening Notice of the 2012 Annual General Meeting, and its associated Proxy Form, had been submitted to, and are now available for inspection at, www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do *.

Each of the Annual Financial Report, the Convening Notice and the Proxy Form are also available to view on, and download from, the Company's website at www.bb-gi.com * and these may be inspected by shareholders during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company. Shareholders may also request that the Annual Accounts, as well as the Report of the Independent Auditor, the Management Report, and where applicable, comments made by the Supervisory Board, are sent to them free of charge.
