(LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP / PFI infrastructure investment company, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) on 30 April 2015 at the registered office of the Company at 6, Route de Trèves, Building E, L-2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg.

 

In connection with this meeting, copies of the following documents, which have been posted to shareholders today, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM"):

 

§ Convening Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting; and

 

§ Proxy Form for the 2015 Annual General Meeting
