Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Further to its announcement on 14 December 2011, Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A. ("the Company") announces that 212 million ordinary shares in the Company have today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "BBGI" and the ISIN is LU0686550053.
