British Airways and American Airlines have terminated the formal joint venture
agreement between them and have formally withdrawn their filing with the US
Department of Transportation for anti-trust immunity. Both airlines remain fully
committed to developing their bilateral cooperation and the mutual benefits of
the oneworld alliance.
