British Airways Plc ('the Company'): Employee Share Plans - Announcement of transactions in ordinary shares of 25p each

The Company announces that on 30 June 2009 the award made under the British Airways Deferred Share Plan 2005 ('DSP') on 24 November 2006 to executive directors ('directors') and persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') vested as detailed in the table below.

No consideration is payable for the vesting of these awards.
