Total Voting Rights
 
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we
would like to notify the market of the following:   As at 22 December 2006, the
issued share capital and voting rights of BATM Advanced Communications Ltd
('BATM' or 'The Company') are as follows: 

BATM's share capital consists of 389,677,837 Ordinary shares with voting rights
attached as one vote per Ordinary share. No shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in BATM is 389,677,837. 

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are
required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, BATM
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
