Result of AGM and dividend declaration

BATM Advanced Communications Limited announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the company which was held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

Dividend Declaration

Earlier today the AGM passed a resolution for the payment of a final dividend of 1.35 pence per share for the year ended 31^st December.The payment of the dividend will be made on 26 July 2010 to all eligible shareholders on the register as at 02 July 2010. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 30 June 2010.
