The Company has today been informed that Mr Dan Kaznelson, a non-executive
director of the Company, sold 110,000 ordinary shares at 83.5p per share on
14th June 2001. Mr Kaznelson retains a holding of 210,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 0.00054 % of the ordinary share capital of the
Company.
