                    Director / PDMR Shareholding


The Company has been informed that on 24 September 2007 Peter Sheldon, Chairman
of BATM, and his wife, Judith Marion Sheldon, purchased 50,000 and 100,000 BATM
shares respectively at a price of 32.375 pence per share.

Following these share purchases, Peter Sheldon and his connected parties
have a total beneficial holding of 450,000 shares representing approximately
0.11 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
