BATM Advanced Communications Limited ('the Company')

The Company announces that on 24 November 2005 Dr Zvi Marom, the Company's CEO,
sold 10m ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 30p each through Shore
Capital Stockbrokers Limited.  Following this disposal, Dr Marom holds
91,750,900 shares, representing 23.6 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued
share capital.
