The Company has been informed that, following the exercise of options, Koti
Gavish, non-executive director, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of the Company at
31.75 pence per share on Wednesday, 6th June.  Following this sale, Mr Gavish
holds options over 400,000 shares, which if exercised would represent 0.1 per
cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
