BATM Advanced Communications Limited ('BATM' or 'the Company')

The Company has been informed that, following the exercise of options, Ariella
Zochovitzky, non-executive director, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of the Company
at 32.5 pence per share on Friday, 1st June.  Following this sale, Ms
Zochovitzky holds options over 400,000 shares, which if exercised would
represent 0.1 per cent of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
