BATM Advanced Communications Limited ('BATM' or 'the Company')


The Company has been informed that Mr. Peter Sheldon, Chairman of BATM, today
sold and repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares of the Company from his personal
holdings to his SIPP at a price of 30.75 pence per share. This transfer does not
alter Mr. Sheldon's total beneficial shareholding of 300,000 ordinary shares,
which represents 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
