BATM Advanced Communications Limited ('BATM' or the 'Company')


The Company has been informed that, following the exercise of options, Koti
Gavish, non-executive director, has today sold 150,000 ordinary shares of the
Company at 42.0 pence per share. Following this sale, Mr Gavish holds options
over 250,000 shares, which if exercised would represent 0.1 per cent of the
Company's ordinary issued share capital.
