The Board of BATM regrets to announce the death of our Chairman Mr David
Goldman yesterday.  Mr Goldman made an enormous contribution to the
development of the Company and his kindness, wisdom and warm personality will
be greatly missed.  Everyone in the Company offers their deepest sympathy to
his family.
