                           WARRANTS DEADLINE EXTENDED







The Directors of Providence Resources P.l.c. have unanimously resolved to extend
the expiry deadline for the exercise of warrants until further notice at the
absolute discretion of the Company in accordance with the warrant instrument as
executed by the Company on 29 April 2004.



These warrants were originally issued as part of the Rights Issue and
Subscription in 2004.
