Providence Resources P.l.c. have today been informed by BlackRock Inc. that with effect from 13 November 2013;

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited  now hold 3,873,750 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 5.99% of the issued ordinary share capital.
