Providence Resources P.l.c. have today been informed by Lloyds Banking Group that with effect from 15 April 2015;

Lloyds Banking Group  now hold 4,383,769 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 3.13% of the issued ordinary share capital.
