Following the general meeting of the Company held on 18 September 2009 at which the subdivision of the Company's issued and to be issued share capital (the 'Share Subdivision') was approved by shareholders, the Company announces that the Official List of the UK Listing Authority has been amended to reflect the Share Subdivision.
