The correct announcement should state that Baronsmead Venture Trust plc sold 204,296 Ordinary shares from treasury.

The Company announces that on 12 September 2023, 204,296 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 52.50 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
