The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2018 was 92.09p per share.

An interim dividend of 3.0p per share has been declared and is payable on 21 September 2018 to members on the register as of 24 August 2018.

The interim dividend of 3.0p per share has been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2018 as the ex-dividend date was 23 August 2018.
