The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 December 2017 was 95.66p per share.

A final dividend of 4.5p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2017 has been declared and is payable on 02 February 2018 to members on the register as at 05 January 2018.

The final dividend of 4.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 December 2017 as the ex-dividend date is 04 January 2018.
