Dividend Reinvestment Scheme

The Company announces that on 22 September 2003 it issued 98,078 new ordinary
shares of 10p each under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme at a price of 97.09p.
Trading in these additional shares is expected to commence on 23 September 2003
at 8.00 am.

These shares are allotted and issued under a block listing of 3,304,634 new
Ordinary Shares and the remaining balance will be allotted and issued on an
ongoing basis.
