Dividend Reinvestment Scheme

The Company announces that on 4 April 2003 it issued 157,175 new ordinary shares
of 10p each under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme at a price of 93.58p. Trading
in these additional shares is expected to commence on 7 April 2003 at 8.00 am.


These shares are allotted and issued under a block listing of 3,304,634 new
Ordinary Shares and the remaining balance will be allotted and issued on an
ongoing basis.
