The Company were informed on 16 June 2006 that the previous calculation of the
holding in Gold Oil by Mr Iraj Parvizi, which was announced on 2 May 2006, was
incorrect.


As at the close of business on 2 June 2006 Mr Iraj Parvizi has an interest in
and is the registered holder of 26,000,000 ordinary shares in Gold Oil,
representing a total holding of 6.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
